Walker Probasco is the VP of Product at Medjay, an Organizational Intelligence Platform that helps businesses close the gap between what leadership thinks is happening and what is actually happening. At Medjay, Walker owns product scope, requirements, and readiness across the platform's product suite — Voyager, Clarion, Sentinel, and The Pavilion — defining what gets built and ensuring it is ready for market.
During his 10-year career in the transportation and logistics industry, Walker has focused on building and scaling software products that improve operational efficiency and profitability. He began his career at Covenant Transportation Group, where he defined product strategy and led the development of internal software tools that improved coordination across operations, finance, and purchasing.
Walker later held product management roles at Triumph Business Capital and Transflo, working cross-functionally across engineering, sales, and operations to launch new software products, translate customer needs into product strategy, and improve customer experience for enterprise carriers and financial partners.
He later became the Founding Product Manager at WorkRecords, where he built the company's inaugural product strategy and roadmap and helped launch a second business for the parent company, contributing to its overall growth and profitability.
Prior to joining Medjay, Walker co-founded JourneyTMS, a cloud-based transportation management system built to close the gap between how carriers operate and how traditional TMS platforms are designed. As CEO, he led the product vision, focusing on unifying operational and financial workflows so carriers can understand performance and profitability as loads move through their network.

Joey Wood is the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Medjay, an Organizational Intelligence Platform that helps businesses close the gap between what leadership thinks is happening and what is actually happening. At Medjay, Joey owns the relationships and partnerships that extend the platform's reach — connecting Medjay's product suite to the customers, channels, and collaborators who bring it into the market.
Throughout his career in transportation and technology, Joey has focused on turning complex implementations into repeatable, scalable wins. He began at PeopleNet as a Customer Success Manager and later moved into a Regional Account Manager role, where he led hardware upgrade programs, conducted executive briefings, and grew long-term relationships across a portfolio of strategic accounts — consistently exceeding targets while strengthening recurring revenue across the territory.
When PeopleNet was acquired by Trimble, Joey moved into Professional Services and rose through progressive leadership roles, eventually serving as Program Director for the Trimble Unity Construct product suite. He led global teams of Program Managers, Project Managers, Consultants and Solutions Architects across multiple business lines, developing the operational frameworks, delivery standards, and cross-functional alignment that reduced customer time-to-value and supported sustained growth.
Prior to joining Medjay, Joey spent his career proving that great delivery is a partnership — between people, process, and product. He joined Medjay because the opportunity matched his vision, and the team building Medjay were people he knew, trusted, and believed in.
